The New Testament has surprisingly little to say about worship styles. However, one thing is sure, we are to engage in Christ exalting worship.Worship is a lifestyle, and yet when we get together corporately we worship in Scripture reading, prayer, singing, giving, and MOST importantly preaching the Holy Scriptures. Dying to "self" and honoring and obeying God brings glory to God and great satisfaction in us.
(John 4:23,24 True worshipers worshiping in Spirit and truth; Romans 12:1,2 Living sacrifices Holy and acceptable to God; 1 Corinthians 14:15 Praying and singing in the Spirit; Ephesians 5:18-20 Filled with the Spirit singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs; Philippians 2:9-11 God is exalted - At the name of Jesus every knee will bow and tongue confess Jesus is LORD; Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teach and admonish one another in wisdom, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.)
